Our single day rental package is ideal for couples who wants full control over the planning process. It includes access to the venue for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, along with time for setup and teardown, and even a 1 hour time for rehearsal before the wedding, making it simple, seamless, and stress-free.

Weekend Rental

Our weekend rental package is perfect for couples who want more time to celebrate. It includes extended access to the venue for setup, celebration, and cleanup, as well as overnight lodging, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed, seamless wedding experience from start to finish.

“We got married at Lizton Lodge in January of 2025. The venue and the staff were incredible and went above and beyond our expectations! The venue is gorgeous and truly one of a kind!

We were the first wedding to use their new bar, and it is a nice addition, which removed some stress of wedding planning.

Their decor inventory is a great perk and it helped save a lot of money.

Lizton Lodge's motto is to make everyone feel at home and they did just that! The only nitpick we have is that our guests loved the venue so much that they spent a lot of the time wandering around versus being on the dance floor.

    • Final Venue Review 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding

    • Completion of forms in your client portal prior to Venue Review

    • Security (if you have alcohol)

    • Day-of event insurance

    • Professional, insured day-of coordinator

    • 3% card processing fee (if paying by card)

    • Main meal must come from a Board of Health certified caterer

    • All beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are provided solely by Lizton Lodge

    • We have an open vendor policy on every vendor aside from beverages!

    • We have no minimums on anything!

    • No live flame candles, sparklers, confetti, glitter, or orbeeze.

    • We have no sound ordinances, so there is no cap on end time of event or volume of music.

    • Smoking and vaping are to be done by the fire pit only.

    • All personal items must be removed by the end of the rental.

    • If rehearsal dinner is had onsite, we require the rehearsal dinner package is booked.

  • None! We pride ourselves on having NO hidden fees. Any additional fees or charges are plainly listed or described when we talk about anything price-related.

  • Our ideal guest count for weddings is 150-175, but we can host up to 200! A larger guest count can be achieved by placing guest tables in the Cocktail Court or Ballroom, or renting a tent for the open field.

  • In order to provide the best experience for our couples, we only host one wedding at a time within the estate!

  • When you book with us for your wedding you have access to our entire 22,000 sqft estate and all indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception options.

  • Lizton Lodge will have staff member(s) on-site the day of your event. Those staff are solely focused on the venue - cleanliness, accessibility, temperature, table and chair set-up, and giving directions as needed.

    Lizton Lodge staff do not usher guests, line up or cue processionals, decorate, handle rented or personal items, manage music, buss tables, or handle food in any capacity. Those things are typically done by your planner/coordinator, DJ, and/or catering team!

  • In order to secure your date, we will need 25% of the venue cost paid, as well as a contract signed. We do not hold dates - everything is on a first come, first serve basis!

    Once the booking process has begun, we will hold your date for 3 days - if the contact that was sent to you has not been fully submitted, and payment has not been received, then your date becomes available to the public again.

  • Tours are available by appointment only. Best availability for tours is going to be during standard business hours. We do offer evening tours certain days of the week, but those slots do fill up fast! Weekends are generally unavailable for tours due to hosting events, but we do occasionally have availability if the event we are hosting is not a wedding.

The Venue is absolutely the most gorgeous place in Indiana in my opinion. Guys, the groom suite is amazing! Out of all the weddings I have been to and been in, this was the best suite I have seen! There is a ping pong table, pool table, theater, chess, TVs, your own Bar, and the most comfortable chairs! Ladies, the Bridal suite is somehow even better! Your suite is massive! The Lizton Lodge seems like the only place that truly just wants you to have the best wedding day possible and will work with you on anything you want or need for your special day! I cannot say enough good things about this place and the amazing staff they have here!”
