If cancellation were to occur, client would be responsible for paying the remainder of the external vendors fees, if the vendors contract calls for it.

We have an open vendor policy on every vendor aside from beverages!
No live flame candles, sparklers, confetti, glitter, or orbeeze.
We have no sound ordinances, so there is no cap on end time of event or volume of music.
Smoking and vaping are to be done by the fire pit only.
The price listed is the minimum cost that will be spent regardless of guest count.
If your guest count were to exceed 50, you would have to pay any associated fees - such as upgrading space, linen rentals, food and beverages charges, etc.
