    • Exclusive access to the South Wing, Copper Room, Fire Pit, and Sunset Hill

    • 8 hour rental of designated spaces

    • 4 hour rental of Bridal Suite

    • 1 hour of ‘clean up’ after event

    • Round, long, + cocktail tables

    • White + grey folding outdoor chairs

    • White padded resin indoor chairs

    • Set-up and tear-down of tables and chairs

    • Custom room layouts

    • Several different styles of arches + decor

    • Unlimited visits before your wedding

    Day-of Coordination

    • Creation of day-of timeline

    • Management of all vendors day of your event

    • Charcuterie board appetizer during cocktail hour

    Music and Sound

    • Use of Lizton Lodge mobile sound system with microphones

    Photography

    • 6 hours of photography

    Additional Services

    • Linens in black or white for all tables

    • Overnight stay in “The Honeymoon Suite” the night of your wedding

    • Event insurance

    • Event security

    • Final Venue Review 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding

    • Completion of forms in your client portal prior to Venue Review

    • 3% card processing fee (if paying by card)

    • If cancellation were to occur, client would be responsible for paying the remainder of the external vendors fees, if the vendors contract calls for it.

    • We have an open vendor policy on every vendor aside from beverages!

    • No live flame candles, sparklers, confetti, glitter, or orbeeze.

    • We have no sound ordinances, so there is no cap on end time of event or volume of music.

    • Smoking and vaping are to be done by the fire pit only.

    • The price listed is the minimum cost that will be spent regardless of guest count.

    • If your guest count were to exceed 50, you would have to pay any associated fees - such as upgrading space, linen rentals, food and beverages charges, etc.
