You’ll receive an email from us on how to login to your portal. You will use your Client Portal to access all needed forms and pay any open invoices.

Read through the information pertaining to our Alcohol Requirements + Catering Requirements. Make sure you read through these pages BEFORE selecting your caterer for food and making any decisions on alcohol. It is also a good idea to send these pages to your caterer and alcohol caterer before booking them so they are aware of these requirements as well.

This form will help us to create your custom room layouts. We like to create a rough draft of your layouts about three months out from wedding day. If you’d like your layouts sooner, just email us to let us know.

Three months out from your event the Lizton Lodge team will reach out to you to schedule your 2-hour wedding rehearsal. Keep in mind this is for the wedding rehearsal only. If you would like information on hosting your rehearsal dinner at the Lodge - email us at hello@liztonlodge.com for more info.

Due before the final walkthrough.
We have a few decor items you are welcome to use for your event at no cost. Check out our online inventory to see what we have. To place your “order”, add desired items to your cart and checkout when ready. Please keep in mind that there is a possibility that items are broken or damaged before your event, we will do our best to replace those items, but some are antique items and not easily replaceable.

About a month before your wedding, we will have a final walk-through. This meeting will be 1.5 hours and we will go over your event flow and finalize details. Keep in mind all major decisions should have already been made at this point. If you need to schedule a time to walk the venue to help you make decisions, this should be done ahead of time. The Lizton Lodge team will reach out to you two months before your wedding to schedule this meeting.

Submit Final Change Request Form for any last-minute changes we should know about. (Changes to Room Layouts, Timeline, Seating Chart Etc.)

Friendly Reminders
Rehearsal will be scheduled three months out based on availability.
Your caterer will need to have a Board of Health Certificate.
All alcohol will need to be provided, served and removed by us at the Lizton Lodge (including getting ready alcohol).
We are a fire-free facility (other than the fire pit, of course!), therefore lit candles and sparkler exits are not allowed.
If you plan to consume beer + wine during the getting ready process - coordinate with us to arrange for things to be ready. (Liquor consumption is not allowed during the getting ready portion of the event).
We recommend vendors that will need to unload near the estate (caterers, alcohol vendors, florists, DJs) arrive at least one hour before the ceremony.
