THE DAY OF - 15 hours

THE DAY AFTER - 4 hours

• Access to estate from 11:00AM - 3:00PM for any cleanup and removal of personal items

• Final Venue Review 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding

• Completion of forms in your client portal prior to Venue Review

• Security for wedding day (if you have alcohol)

• Day-of event insurance

• Professional, insured day-of coordinator

• 3% card processing fee (if paying by card)

• Main meal for both the rehearsal and reception must come from a Board of Health certified caterer

• All beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are provided solely by Lizton Lodge while on property.

  • This does not apply to The Honeymoon Suite or The Retreat

• We have an open vendor policy on every vendor aside from beverages!

• No live flame candles, sparklers, confetti, glitter, or orbeeze.

• We have no sound ordinances, so there is no cap on end time of event or volume of music.

• We do not have any food or beverage minimums.

• Smoking and vaping are to be done by the fire pit only.

• All personal items must be removed by 3:00PM on Sunday.

• This package is unavailable to book for the months of May, June, September, or October. However, once it reaches 4 months out from the date, you are able to upgrade to this package.

  • For example, you book a single day package for a date in May. Once January rolls around, if the weekend is available, you are welcome to upgrade to the weekend package.
