For personalized touches such as photo montages or videos, the room is also equipped with a discreetly integrated projector and drop-down screen..

Ballroom
The Ballroom offers a warm, rustic elegance, with 18 windows looking into the woods and cocktail court it fills the space with natural light and provide serene views of the surrounding woods and cocktail courtyard.
This room also has a basketball goal in the back of the room which can be covered if needed.
The ballroom is has a romantic indoor-outdoor feel and is perfect for ceremonies, buffet tables, dancing and special events.

The Commons Area
The Commons serves as the heart of the estate—a welcoming gathering space where guests can relax, mingle, and feel effortlessly connected throughout the celebration. Designed to bring the entire venue together, this inviting area offers seamless access between event spaces while encouraging conversation and connection. A self-playing piano fills the room with gentle music, setting an elegant and relaxed tone, while nearby bar access and abundant comfortable seating make The Commons an ideal place for guests to unwind, socialize, and enjoy every moment of the wedding day.

Bridal Suite
Our bridal suite is one of the most beautiful spaces in the estate, its been thoughtfully designed to offer a serene and luxurious beginning to your wedding day!
The suite includes a the entire upper level of the wedding estate exclusively for the bridal party complete with multiple extravagant restrooms for getting ready, fireplaces, a balcony for wedding photos and many other captivating spots that serve two roles, one of a relaxing wedding ceremony prep space and for taking timeless wedding photos!

The library is one of the best parts of the bridal suite, at the bride’s discretion, this elegant room may also be opened to wedding guests, allowing them to experience one of the most distinctive features of our Indianapolis wedding venue

Billiard's Room
Next to the Ballroom is the Billiards room! It is one of the many perfect spaces for cocktail hour and wedding photos.
Groomsmen love to hang around here and relax with a drink while getting ready for the ceremony!
The Billiard’s suite includes many entertainment options including a pool table, bar area, gaming theater and several TVs complete with Sports streaming!
Billiard’s room is also adjacent to the grooms suite, Canopy Light Courtyard and gaming theatre making staging and wedding prep a breeze!

Groom's Suite
Complete with a large and aesthetically pleasing getting ready space with a full bathroom.
This thoughtfully appointed getting-ready space within our Indianapolis wedding venue features a full private bathroom, multiple seating areas, and two large windows - one overlooking the canopy light courtyard and one overlooking the woods, flooding the space with natural light!
the Groom’s Suite provides an ideal setting for preparation, reflection, and timeless wedding moments at our wedding venue.

Gaming Theater
The Gaming Theater is attached to the Billiard’s Room and is a great place to hang out and play video games or watch a show or movie!
But the gaming theatre isn’t just only for videogames! This space is also commonly used for private vows, storing items and surprises for the bride and groom and during cocktail hours many of our guests love it to be able to escape the noise and have a conversation while still being a part of the action!

The catwalk is just one unique feature of wedding venue! It overlooks the kitchen and commons seating area with window views of the front estate and inner court.

Outside View of the Estate
The outside of the estate features long covered porches, several balconies, and beautiful landscape. There are several seating areas around outside where guests can relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Canopy Light Courtyard
The courtyard area is a great option for a ceremony, reception or big event. This area contains a canopy of string lights over the entire space adding an extra touch of romance and creates an intimate setting for guests. Holding a wedding ceremony under the stone arch makes for picture perfect views as the area looks out to the vast amount of mature trees.

The Chapel Pond
As you watch the wedding party exit the bridal suite and walk the path leading to the island, you get to experience a wedding different from any other. '
Friends and family can line the pond banks and hear you say your vows with a backdrop of cascading water. Nestled in trees in front of the estate, this intimate pond offers a very unique and special place for your event. The chapel space can fit 200 guests.
The chapel pond is perfect for outdoor wedding receptions as well as wedding photos!

The Meadow
The meadow at the southern edge of the estate is a naturally breathtaking setting, where open skies meet rolling fields and seasonal blooms create an ever-changing landscape. In the spring, summer, and fall, wildflowers and sunflowers come to life, transforming the meadow into a romantic outdoor ceremony space at our Indianapolis wedding venue.
With expansive room for a large wedding ceremony, reception, or an elegant outdoor pavilion, this open meadow offers sweeping views of blue skies, bordering woods, and unforgettable sunset backdrops.

The Woods
There is a wooded area behind the estate that lines the back of the estate that features several walking paths that lead back to a clearing which is a great spot for a shady intimate outdoor ceremony.
Private vows and dances are often shared between the bride and groom in our wooden area as well as ceremonies that can have custom curved isles!

Cocktail Court
The Cocktail Court is an outside space that is surrounded by the house. All the main guest areas flow into this space and the bar can be served through the window into this space as well. There are four pairs of double doors in White Hall that open up to this space which can easily allow your event to flow outside.

Sunset Hill
Sunset hill speaks for its self and doesn’t disappoint. We encourage our couples to sneak off for sunset photos during their event.

Fire Pit
Some event venues offer you a big room for the event, but not much for your guests to explore and see before and after the event is over. Porches with sitting areas surround the estate and make great places for people to gather and catch up. The walking trail along the woods allow guests to enjoy nature. An evening around the fire pit can host gatherings where everyone enjoys sharing stories and memories.
