  • Standard Venue Rental

    • 1 hour for rehearsal

    • Exclusive access to the 22,000 square foot estate.

    • 12 hour rental

    • 1 hour of ‘clean up’ after event

    • 3 indoor + 4 outdoor ceremony options

    • 2 indoor + 2 outdoor reception options

    • Round, long, + cocktail tables

    • White + grey folding outdoor chairs

    • White padded resin indoor chairs

    • Set-up and tear-down of tables and chairs

    • Deluxe getting ready suites

    • Large fire pit

    • On-site venue staff

    • Custom room layouts

    • Several different styles of arches + decor

    • Unlimited visits before your wedding

    • Seasonably appropriate welcome beverage station for your guests

    • Water at rehearsal + the morning of your wedding

    Full-Service Planning and Coordination

    • Bi-Monthly or Monthly meetings before your wedding (dependant on the length of time away from your event)

    • Creation of day-of timeline

    • Management of all vendors

    Food and Beverage

    • Charcuterie board appetizer during cocktail hour

    • Open silver tier bar for 5 hours

    • Disposable dish ware for all of the above

    DJ and MC Services

    • Professional DJ services for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception (up to 6 hours of playing time)

    • Lavaliere microphone for ceremony

    • Set-up and tear-down time not included in the 6 hours

    Additional Services

    • Linens in black or white for all tables

    • Overnight stay in “The Honeymoon Suite” the night of your wedding

    • Event insurance

    • Event security

    • Final Venue Review 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding

    • Completion of forms in your client portal prior to Venue Review

    • 3% card processing fee (if paying by card)

    • If cancellation were to occur, client would be responsible for paying the remainder of the external vendors fees, if the vendors contract calls for it.

    • We have an open vendor policy on every vendor aside from beverages!

    • No live flame candles, sparklers, confetti, glitter, or orbeeze.

    • We have no sound ordinances, so there is no cap on end time of event or volume of music.

    • Smoking and vaping are to be done by the fire pit only.

    • The price listed is the minimum cost that will be spent regardless of guest count.

    • Additional guests over 100 are $100 per person.
