A New Year’s Eve Outdoor Wedding with a Country Twist

1/8/2026

Ringing in a new marriage while welcoming a brand-new year, all wrapped in a country-inspired reception that felt equal parts personal, playful, and unforgettable.

Set against a backdrop of a snowing winter wedding reception, the bride and groom’s love story that would not be out of place in a romance novel.

The country theme showed in the wedding reception in a unique way, the hat making station! It was the most memorable element of the evening besides the couple themselves, the custom hat-making station. Guests were invited to design their own Western-inspired cowboy hats, choosing from a variety of bands, embellishments and brandings to make it personal. The station quickly became a hub of energy and conversation. By the end of the night the majority of heads were covered with a cowboy hat!

The hats weren’t just an activity—they became part of the celebration itself. By the time the dance floor filled, nearly every guest had their own creation perched proudly on their head. The hats combined with the elegant wedding decor and amazing custom signature cocktails was a perfect reflection of the couple’s approach to the day: interactive, inclusive, and unapologetically fun.

As the evening unfolded, the New Year’s Eve timing added an extra layer of excitement.

There is something inherently magical about counting down the final moments of a year, especially when paired with a wedding celebration. The anticipation built naturally as midnight approached, with glasses raised, laughter growing louder, and the sense that everyone was part of something bigger than just one event.

When the clock struck midnight, the inner court erupted—not just in celebration of the New Year, but in honor of the couple’s first moments of marriage in it. The countdown blended the joy of a wedding with the optimism that only New Year’s Eve can bring. Like the bride and groom it was a perfect match!
